As we predominantly sell gently used and refinished items, all sales are final. Please inspect our items carefully before purchase and give us a call if you think something is not quite right with an item after bringing it home, and we can work together to find a solution. Any exceptions made to our refund policy will be at our discretion and only for new, unused items in their original condition (and refunded to the original method of payment).
